Complete Tailwind CSS v4 migration with @theme

- Remove tailwind.config.js (no longer needed in v4)
- Migrate all theme config to CSS @theme directive
- Define colors, fonts, animations in CSS
- Add zinc color palette for direct use
- Fix styling to match original design
